Investment Appraisal Analyst in London

Investment Appraisal Analyst - London - 6-month contract - £457.34 per day

ARM are working with a well-known infrastructure client who are currently involved with large scale construction in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Investment Appraisal Analyst.

About You:
- You have got a relevant degree or qualification in investment appraisal analyst or a similar relevant subject.
- You have got an understanding of the property industry and methods of investment appraisal within that industry including the calculation of investment indicators such as IRR, ROCE etc.
- You have knowledge of business case development, accounting principles, cost benefit analysis, benefit modelling and management principles.

What you will be doing:
Your main responsibility will be to optimise the value of commercial projects undertaking investment appraisals, calculating key metrics as required, including investment rates of return, return on capital employed; net present value and yield.

Based in London with hybrid working with 2-3 days in office every week.

The rate for this role is up to £457.34 per day Umbrella inside IR35.
