Land Referencing Assistant – London in City of London, London

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Land Assessment Assistant to join their team based in London.
About You:
* You will hold a Geography BA or Property Degree or Surveying Degree with post-qualification experience.
* You will hold a Geography BA or Property Degree or Surveying Degree with placement year experience.
* You will have experience within a Land Referencing, Land Assembly, Land Manager or similar type position.
* You will also have some experience or knowledge of GIS, Mapping and ideally land referencing
What you will be doing:
You will be reviewing data sent by the contractors and checking then producing data reports.
This role is for a Land Reference it is a full-time role hybrid so would require being in office 2 days a week.
The rate for this role is up to £35,500 with a 15% flex
You must be eligible to work in the UK for this role.
