Are you AS9100 approved or have experience auditing?

If the answer is yes to these then this could be the role for you!

You will be an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that aims to provide you with the best work/life balance they can by offering benefits such as hybrid working.

You will be involved with ensuring quality requirements are achieved throughout the product life-cycle within the supply chain whilst making sure that non-conformance are managed to close during the entire product life-cycle. Furthermore, you will be supporting the manufacturing integrated production teams and taking responsibility for the timely resolution of supplier issues associated with program, quality, and cost.

Skillset/experience required:

• Ideally qualified to HNC, HND, or equivalent, plus substantial relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes
• A good level of understanding of machining processes
• A good understanding of Project Management and Supply Chain principles, practices, and processes
• Can define, re-engineer and review processes
• Good commercial and financial understanding
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Good communication skills; able to communicate verbally and in writing
• UKAS Lead Assessor qualified
