Head of HR - Interim Position until May 2023 - £650 - £700/day - Birmingham (Hybrid)

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Head of HR to join their esteemed Rail sector client in Birmingham on an interim, hybrid basis.
In this role, you will be working alongside the other Heads of HR and have the support of the wider Business Partnering function. A background in the Rail or Engineering sectors would be an advantage but this is not essential.

Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively across the business to build and develop the organisational capabilities and capacities for each project phase.
* Support and develop the implementation of a broad range of HR practices
* Coach business leaders on all things performance management
* Understand the business so effective planning and risk mitigation is possible.
* Analyse HR data and identify trends to share with business leaders.
* Lead and provide expert advise on change management initiatives.
* Manage high-priority people management and employee relations cases
* Be a strong advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in all areas of work

Requirements
* Previous experience in a senior HR Business Partner/Manager/Generalist role, preferably within a large, corporate matrix setting.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing Employee Relations matters, including disciplinaries and grievances.
* Experience developing and implementing HR policies.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
