Fulfilment/ procurement coordinator in Shepperton, Surrey

We are looking for a Fulfilment/ procurement coordinator for one of our key defence clients on a permanent basis. The Role

The clients are based in Shepperton, Surrey. The clients are developing next generation equipment and products that are used in various industries such as defence, military, and non-government organisations. This is a great opportunity to work on a customer facing role where you make a make a major contribution for the company. You will be reporting to the fulfilment manager and serve as an anchor for all matters regarding the timely provision of spare parts and tools.

Main Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of purchase orders.
• You will oversee purchase orders from an approved repairer.
• You will make warranty claims through existing and future suppliers.
• You will be delivering commercial quotations / bid / tender response with respect to spare parts supply (including Build to Print parts with assistance of the Spares Fulfilment Coordinator (Build to Print)).
• You be ensuring all spare parts sales are quoted in accordance with contractual requirements and/or annually agreed margin.
• You will be raising part demands (for processing by the company Purchasing Team or the Spares Fulfilment Coordinator (Build to Print)) in response to the specific demand.
• Be in charge of administering spare part demands.
• You will ensure appropriate parts labelling and arranging dispatch / delivery of spare parts both from SAP and physically.
• You will be providing an excellent service to internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• You will ensure all customers' needs and requirements for parts are met and having the foresight to see additional sales opportunities.
• Monitoring stock and providing recommendations to the Spares Fulfilment Manager for the range and scale of spares holding of fast moving items.
• Creating and maintaining spares fulfilment process and procedure.

Key Requirements

• You will work in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures and evolving JSS process.
• You must have experience in a relevant spares fulfilment role.
• You must have the ability to communicate effectively and articulately at all levels within the business will be essential as well as being a team player.
• You must be eligible for UK Security Clearance to minimum Security Cleared (SC)
