FP&A Accountant in Worthing, West Sussex

FP&A Accountant - Durrington (Hybrid) - 6-month Contract - £600 P/D (Inside IR35)
ARM are delighted to be hiring for a FP&A Accountant to join one of our clients based in West Sussex on a 6-month contract basis.

You will create an environment from which all routine financial reporting and analysis can be obtained.

Requirements
* Degree educated (or equivalent) and/or professional accounting qualification and/or qualified by demonstrable experience.
* Experience of providing commercial insight and advice.
* Ability with systems and able to demonstrate an elementary level of understanding around TM1.
* Strategic ability, keen intellect, and outstanding analytical skills.
* Ability to manage business process analysis and improvement including benefit estimation and post implementation metrics.
* Courage to 'Speak Up', challenge stakeholders and hold up the mirror to the business.

Responsibilities
* Support the FP&A Manager in the development and maintenance of the TM1 toolset for all finance models and reporting
* Support the FP&A Manager to create and maintain an environment and process for a rolling monthly forecast, with this ultimately providing a provisional annual budget model.
* Create and maintain an environment for the annual budget exercise.
* Responsible for ensuring that data extracted from the underlying accounting system, is complete and correctly identified and allocated.
* Responsible for collating and consolidating monthly commentaries on the business results and forward looking forecast.
