Finance Business Partner in London

Finance Business Partner - Remote - Contract (Until end of March 2023) - £600 p/d

ARM are delighted to be working with a Health and Social Care department to source a Finance Business Partner on a contract basis.

This individual will supervise the day-to-day operational finance team of Finance Managers whilst providing support to the Senior Finance Business Partners for reporting, planning and analysis including input into strategic direction, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
* Provide intelligence on risks/mitigation's to support monthly reporting
* Developing relationship with key stakeholders.
* Contribute to shaping organisation governance, finance strategy, programmes, and budgets
* Responsible for In-year financial reporting and control
* Monthly flash reporting on in-year financial position
* Monitoring and tracking of progress against plans.
* Reporting on financial risks, spending pipeline and monthly board reports.
* Contributing to the annual assurance/accountability processes.

Requirements:
* Accountancy/ Finance qualified (CCAB or equivalent), or QBE
* Sound understanding of UK Government budgeting and accounting rules.
* Proactive and able to handle ambiguity and changing priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build productive working relationships
* Ability to work collaboratively, to identify challenges and issues
* Ability to bring together wide-ranging material and provide clear and concise briefing on complex issues to various stakeholders
