As the Engineering Team Lead, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be a part of the Digital Intelligence Team within the company where you will get the chance to lead and grow a team of engineers while supporting the creation of engineering and project plans. Along with this, you will also be helping to build strong customer relationships, facilitating innovation and improvement ideas, and managing and balancing risk with change initiatives.

To achieve this, the skill-sets you would need include:

• Experience in engineering delivering IT and information systems projects, ideally for the MoD
• Track record of working through an engineering life-cycle and governance
• Facilitating the breakdown of tasks and estimation activities
• Developing an effective organisation structure and associated performance management
• Execution of a plan, meeting customer milestones, and achieving shared success
• Understanding of security architectures, IT systems, and systems integration and accreditation processes

Ideally, you would also have:

• Knowledge of Military IT Systems and Networks
• Safety, security background
