We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Operations Administrator to join our Team based in Shalford, Surrey working closely with the Chief Engineer - Vehicle Body Systems & Architecture Design to coordinate the Engineering Team across various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Actively maintain robust and reliable administration systems
- Ensure all records are kept up to date
- Manage engineering diaries and organise cross team meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings
- Liaise with HR to produce and prioritise Human Resource Requests
- Manage appropriate projects and follow-up with team members where required
- Prepare and generate engineering reports and presentations for company Directors and Board of Directors.
- Maintain and refine internal processes as required
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and off-site
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience of administrative roles in the Automotive or luxury sector with excellent administrative skills and the ability to draft documents without guidance.
- Able to use a variety of IT Packages (e.g Office 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Oultlook, Teams) at an advanced standard
- Organisational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills across a large team
- Must be able to implement new processes whilst working toward tight deadlines
Remunerations:
- Annual Holiday Entitlement: 25 days (increases by a day a year after 2 years to a max of 30 days)
- Hours: 37.5
- Private medical: Employee and immediate family cover
