About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to join our team in Shrewsbury. This role focuses on the research, design, and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test mechanical tools, engines, machines, and other devices.

• Analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to evaluate project feasibility in terms of time and cost.

• Diagnose equipment failures, identify faulty operations, and recommend solutions to maintenance teams.

• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Implement operational procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide detailed technical insights.

• Demonstrated experience in the use of engineering tools and software, particularly Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
