Job title - Embedded Ada Software Engineer
Location - 30 Minutes from Luton
Duration - 12 months
Pay rate - Up to £65PH UMBRELLA

Overview of department:
We are a world leader in missile and missile systems looking for a highly capable and adaptable to join our Development Facility in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
You will be responsible for developing the real-time systems application software for the next generation of Missile Systems. This is a technical hands-on role and will involve designing, implementing and testing the embedded software for the missile products.
Responsibilities:
What we are looking for:
1. Demonstrable experience of hard real time software development
2. Strong UML knowledge (ideally using Rhapsody)
3. Strong Ada Programming
4. Good problem-solving capability to investigate software/hardware issues
5. Experience working on safety critical software (SIL2 or equivalent)
6. Experience working in a lab environment running embedded software
7. Use of configuration control tools such as RTC
