CONTRACTS MANAGER - SOUTH WALES - PERMANENT - £75,000 TO £85,000

Advanced Resource Manager are currently working with a leading building materials company, who are seeking for an experienced Contracts Manager who is based in Abergavenny for a permanent role!

About You:
* Extensive experience of Civil Engineering industry particularly ideally with experience of working in the water sector.
* You will need a degree in Civil Engineering. - HND/HNC
* You will need to hold an appropriate industry recognised safety scheme card - (CSCS White Academically Qualified OR Black Managers card).
* You will need to understand/ experience of using NEC 3&4 forms of contracts.
* You will need experience of Leadership skills - managing 3 to 4 projects at a time with a potential of this increasing!

What you will be doing:

You will be based on the Civil Water projects; you will reporting to the Operations Director. You will have responsibility to ensure that the Projects are accurately priced, delivered on time and to budget in a safe, environmentally friendly manner and to high quality standards. Other duties will include:

* You will be assisting the client setting up budgets for future projects.
* You will be developing and modernise new plant and martials across all background activities.
* You will be developing any working relationships with Local water companies.

This role will be a mixture of site and office based; the site you will be working on is in Abergavenny.
You will be required to hold a valid driver's license.

The Salary Range on this role is: £75,000 to £85,000 per annum. With this client there are good benefits included with this role such as, contributory pension scheme (3% employee and 6% employer OR 5% employee and 8% employer), car allowance and much more!
