CONTACT CENTRE SERVICE ADVISOR - REMOTE - PERMANENT

What you will be doing:
* Management and nurturing of inbound and outbound enquiries.
* Booking viewings and home visits from direct requests - both inbound and outbound calls
* Upselling products and services
* Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales
* Build rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customer's needs
* Effective management and nurturing of applicants and potential clients

This is a permanent role, working from home.

What you can expect in return:
The salary for this role is £20,319 per annum + commission working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Some weekends will be required, these will be on a rota basis.

You must be eligible to work in the UK for this opportunity. A DBS check will also be required.
