Commercial Manager - Harwell - Permanent - Competitive £££

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious defence company who are actively seeking a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The role consists of performing contract management functions across the spectrum, providing supplies and services, supporting with bids and much more.

Responsibilities:

* Contract Management experience in the UK defence environment - particularly on complex defence bids
* Must be confident in reviewing sets of terms and conditions, negotiating with customers independently
* Knowledge of Contract Management
* Capable of operating to tight schedules in a dynamic work environment
* Capable of identifying and mitigating risks and effective issue resolution
* Confident presenting to various levels of organisation

Requirements:

* A minimum 5 years' experience of leading complex negotiations
* Highly experienced in contract management
* A demonstrably strong understanding of contract law
* A professional qualification is highly desirable - CIPS
* Experience of working on framework agreements
