Role Overview:
As a Client Director, you will lead the Strategic Command Account, driving success in the Defence Market.
This role involves building on my client's strong track record, excellent client relationships, and market-leading capabilities. You will be instrumental in delivering and expanding their services, contributing to their double-digit growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Strategy Execution: Refine and implement market strategies within the Strategic Command account.
* Pipeline Development: Deliver success from the existing pipeline and develop long-term growth plans.
* Client Understanding: Grasp the client's strategy, addressable spend, key influencers, culture, and external drivers.
* Deliver order Intake to achieve financial targets by growing work in hand with longer contract periods.
* Relationship Management: Act as the key relationship holder with senior clients, providing knowledge and acting as a trusted advisor.
* Partnership Development: Collaborate with strategic partners and suppliers to explore new opportunities.
* Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team within the Strategic Command account.
* Reputation Management: Uphold the company's reputation for quality delivery of client work.
What You Bring:
* Proven success in leading and winning work, including expanding current footprints and breaking into new clients.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
