Job Title: Change Management Analyst
Function: Technical Conformity - Change Management


About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly skilled Technical Conformity team as a Change Management Analyst. In this role, you will provide expert support to Technical Managers, helping to deliver business and technical objectives across a variety of projects. This position offers the chance to work cross-functionally, drive improvements in compliance processes, and support critical forums and change management practices across engineering programmes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support across multiple engineering programmes

  • Assist with internal and external compliance topics

  • Maintain and develop technical and business knowledge to support ongoing capability growth

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support engineering goals

  • Document and manage meeting outputs, including critical forum minutes

  • Identify and support process improvements to enhance departmental methods in Change Management


About the Team

The Technical Conformity function is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet regulatory and certification requirements. This role plays a key part in preventing design and development errors from reaching the end customer and in maintaining the reputation of the brand.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle software and systems

  • Ability to interpret complex technical hardware and software systems

  • Understanding of product certification and regulatory importance

  • Confident in challenging stakeholders to uphold technical compliance

  • Excellent attention to detail and process adherence

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including up to Director level

  • Familiarity with structured processes such as "Golden Rules" or equivalent

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience

  • Experience with IT version control systems (e.g. SYS42) and tools like JIRA is highly desirable
