Case Manager Administrator - Remote - Permanent - £21,000

ARM are delighted to be supporting a business that is turning the Estate Agency industry on its head. We are supporting them with the Recruitment of a Case Manager Administrator on a fully remote, permanent basis.

The Case Manager administrator will deliver good customer outcomes by supporting the customer journey in the submission of documents to the lender and/or insurer and ensuring these are correct.

Responsibilities
* Deliver good customer service to all Mortgage customers through assisting the Advisors.
* Ensure all required documentation is on file.
* Build collaborative working relationships with Advisers, colleagues, lenders, and insurers to deliver good customer outcomes.
* Ensure all systems are updated throughout the mortgage and/or protection transaction where appropriate.
Follow all regulatory processes to ensure we remain compliant.
* Deliver personal KPIs whilst following company values.

Requirements
* Must have precious experience as an Administrator.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to forge relationships and nurture opportunities.
* Loves to be busy.
* Resilient, positive, and friendly.
