Carbon Specialist – Birmingham in Birmingham, West Midlands

CARBON SPECIALIST - BIRMINGHAM - PERMANENT - £36,300 TO £45,350

ARM are currently recruiting for a Carbon Specialist to join our rail client's office based in Birmingham. This is an existing position that not only focuses on the current carbon output of the company's activities but also looking to the future and how they can reduce future carbon emissions as they grow their output.

About You:
As a Carbon Specialist, you will report to the Carbon Manager. The client gets information from its contractor partners / supply chain and this will need to be analysed, scrutinised and reported to the key stakeholders for the company. You will also be involved with future projects and planning from an impact assessment capability and design capacity. This is a full life-cycle assessment reporting role.

What you will be doing:
We are looking for someone with experience of carbon management and reporting. Someone with an analytical mind-set who is able to provide concise findings or reporting. Experience of technical carbon management or carbon accounting is needed in this role.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Birmingham. It will be hybrid working with time in the office and home each week (roughly 50% in each). We can also consider Birmingham as an option.

Salary for this position is between £36,300 and £45,350 (+15% flex) and is dependent on experience, location and suitability for this role.
