Construction Manager in Wiltshire

ARM are currently working with a major construction consultancy who are seeking a Construction Manager to join the team on a contract basis. |
About You:
|
To be applicable for this position you will need the following: - You will need SMSTS. - You will need construction management experience on high end listed buildings. - You will need to come from a contracting background. |
What you will be doing:
|
IN this position you will me managing a high-end construction site from the start to the finish of the project. Ensuring that the site is being run safely and that everyone is doing their job correctly and on time. |
|
This position will be based in Wiltshire with no hybrid working available. The role will be normal working hours 8am-5:30pm/6pm |
What you can expect in return:

This position will be a 18-month contract and is paying £375 per day inside IR35. |
|
For this position you will need to be eligible to work in the UK permanently, |
