Business Systems manager in Guildford, Surrey

We are a rapidly growing organisation, and to support this growth we have the need for a Business Systems Manager.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the business systems and associated processes match the growth and ambition of the business and support continual efficiency gains in the way we work and operate. In the role you will be working across all the business functions, including working directly with the SLT, this role is key to delivering and maintaining our OEM status, and as such has a high level of focus in the business. The role reports directly to the Director of Quality and is responsible for one of the 4 Quality pillars of the organisation. The role will be based in the HQ in Windlesham, and some level of travel to our other sites in Warwick, Shalford and Dunsfold will be required We encourage applicants with background and or experience of high performance, medical, technology, aerospace as well as automotive.
