Business Systems And Compliance Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

ARM's client is hiring for a role as a Business Systems and Compliance Manager within a large power solutions company. The company specialises in developing the most efficient clean energy systems making our planets future more sustainable! The job is located in the industrial estate nearby to Birmingham airport.
The key elements of the role

About you...

* Engineering-related degree
* Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably automotive / aerospace
* Qualified and experienced auditor of ISO 9001, 14001 % IATF 16949
* Ideally experience in systems, software and / or electronics
* Ideally experience in a R&D environment
* Ideally qualified and experienced Automotive SPICE assessor
* Lean / Kaizen training would be advantageous
* Six Sigma green belt would be advantageous
* Experience with DevOps tools would be advantageous

Your key responsibilities:

* Coach and support process-owners to ensure the BMS complies with requirements.
* Establish an integrated management system to comply with ISO 9001/14001 /45001.
* Plan, establish, implement and maintain an internal audit program.
* Lead, manage and develop an internal team.
* Establish and maintain the relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the Business Management System (BMS).
* Establish a problem resolution management strategy to ensure any process non-conformances are recorded, monitored, corrected and further prevented.
* Implement, maintain and improve APQP and PPAP practices to support the development of product design and manufacturing process.
