Business Change Manager in City of London, London

Business Change Manager - London - 6-month contract - £550 - £600 per day

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to join their team based in London.

About You:
- You will need to be SC cleared.
- You will be involved full/part-time forward deployment to assist in business change on specific programmes/projects.
- You will be supporting the Business Change Leads in the day-to-day management and implementation of the business change frameworks and tool kits, ensuring change interventions are recognised and delivered to help recognise benefits across the clients network.
- You will be checking the impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis and mapping, communication and engagement plans, benefit realisation plans.
- You will be Experienced in business change - including planning, managing and executing change delivered by projects/programmes/portfolios.

What you will be doing:
You will be working across 2 teams Portfolio and Change Management (PCM) providing change to management support to the programmes and projects in the clients change portfolio.

This role is based in London, it is a full-time role and would require being in office every day of the week.

The rate for this role is up to £600 per day inside IR35.

You must be eligible to work in the UK for this role.
