Senior Service Engineer in Kingston Upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire

SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER - HULL - PERMANENT - UP TO £37,000

ARM are working with a global engineering firm to help find a Senior Service Engineer to join the experienced team based out of Kingston upon Hull in East Yorkshire. This would suit an experienced Service Engineer, with experience in the servicing and maintenance of security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems.

About You:

• Experience in the servicing and maintenance of security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems is a prerequisite.
• Experience in IP networking.
• Possessing a good level of commercial skill balanced with customer focus.
• Experience of working with multiple customers and being able to balance workload with prioritisation of tasks.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Service and Commissioning experience of Milestone would be a bonus
• Experience of working on fire systems would be advantageous.

What you will be doing:

• To work closely with other team members on-site or remotely, to ensure staff can effectively address client and company requirements.
• To prioritise customer requirements & demands and be the main point of contact for our customers.
• Service and commission security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Assist small works & projects departments with the production of quotes and completion of works including surveys, installation & commissioning.
• Be part of an out of hours callout rota, shared with the other engineers within the team.
• Travelling to our customer sites in and around the Hull area

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based out of Kingston upon Hull.

What you can expect in return:
A salary up to £37,000 per year, performance-based bonus scheme, company car, matched pension scheme up to 20% (10% each), 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to buy or sell 5 days per year.
