CLERK OF WORKS - NEWCASTLE - ON GOING CONTRACT - £40 PER HOUR

ARM are currently working with a major a multinational engineering consultancy who specialise in design, planning, project management and consulting services. They are seeking a Clerk of works to join their team based in Newcastle on an ongoing contract

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- You will have a HNC/HND in Building services engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

- You will have experience working in building services environment (MEP ideally)

- You will have previous experience and knowledge managing budgets and time management in a busy environment.

In this position you will be completing condition and site surveys, inspections and monitor the site. You will be representing the client in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and making sure that the relevant and correct notes are taken during these meetings.

This position is based in Newcastle and is accessible via a number of public transport links in the surrounding area.

This position is an ongoing contract and is paying £40 per hour inside IR35. The working weeks will also be 30 hours long (4 days per week)
