Associate Clinical Trial Manager – pHD in Leuven, Flemish Brabant

Our Client is a large and Internationally recognised Full service CRO who are looking for an associate Clinical Trial Manager. This is the perfect role for a candidate, who has recently obtained their pHD in a medically/clinically related field, to fast track their career in the Clinical Trials Industry.

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate and coordinate global studies in close collaboration with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
* Guarantee punctual completion of recurring assignments with a high level of precision
* Assemble and update project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system
* Communicate with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and external vendors
* Offer supervision and quality assurance for our internal regulatory filing system
* Offer supervision and management of study materials
* Develop and keep up-to-date project timelines

Qualifications:

* Possession of a PhD in Life Sciences
* Proficiency in English with strong presentation abilities
* Capability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry within an international team
* Prior experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
