Duration - 6 months
Pay rate - Up to £86.66 ph Umbrella Inside IR35
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PROJECT, YOU MUST HOLD AT LEAST BPSS SECURITY CLEARANCE AND RESIDE IN THE UK TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our largest UK Defence companies!
As the new Agile Coach on the Future Combat Air System Program you will:
* Work closely with the Chief Systems engineer
* Coach and develop Scrum Masters within the Work Package
* Coach the Work Package leads and product owners
* Resolve systemic impediments
* Identify the value streams within the WP area
* Strong experience with implement JIRA and confluence
* Identifying improvements to ways of working and system flow
* Working with other Agile coaches on the program to enact experiments and share lessons learnt
