We are looking for an administrator to come in and join us on a contractual basis. We are looking for someone to take on the Preparation of Business documentation data and records maintenance.

Responsibilities also Include -
Filing of multiple documents.
Collating, formatting the documents into a standard format
Drafting and compiling records from a stand-alone system to an electronic (excel) format.
Working with the logistic team to arrange movement of documents sets.
Direction and task change in line with management guidance and approval
Able to work with very little or no supervision.
Experience and competent in using Microsoft Office tool set.
