Our client is seeking for a 3rd Line/ Infrastructure Engineer to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and enthusiastic to work with a dynamic team, who are responsible for testing, implementation and documentation of complex infrastructure projects.

About the role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface closely with pre-sales consultants, helpdesk, and project management staff, providing you with exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects. Your day-to-day role will be assisting consultants and the project management team with project delivery tasks, resolving user acceptance testing support tickets, and change requests raised as part of the project.

Required Experience and Key Successful Factors:

  • Proven experience providing 3rd line support for an MSP
  • The ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience in working in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Multitasker with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible and tenacious
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • A background in supporting Microsoft cloud technologies is essential. With a specialisation in Office 365 or Azure

  • Experience in Citrix technologies

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud adoption framework
  • Knowledge of Security and compliance standards
