About Ash

Ash joined the Serocor Group in January 2022, working in a delivery role for MSP clients within our sister company Optamor Limited before moving across to ARM to join the IT team in December 2024.

Ash has seven years recruitment experience working in multiple sectors including construction, defence and automotive and has worked with numerous clients in the IT sector since joining ARM.

Ash identifies and helps candidates through the recruitment process in both a contract and permanent capacity, mainly for IT consultancies recruiting for roles including Analysts, Architects, Engineers, SME’s, Developers, Consultants and Testers.

With technological advances in the IT sector Ash prides himself on ensuring he stays up to date through continuous learning and adapting to what is required on projects. This ensures candidates are matched to their individual requirements and our clients successfully find the talent they need.
