HGV Workshop Supervisor in Twickenham, London

PermanentOur client is looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Supervisor to join their team in the Twickenham area.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a Workshop as a Supervisor with a leader attitude and a hands on approach.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Ensure that the trucks are maintained, serviced and managed appropriately
* Overseeing a small team of Mechanics on a day to day basis
* Provide training to Apprentices if needed with a hands on approach
* Manage vehicle maintenance and spares expenditure
* Record all vehicle accidents, incidents and MOT results
* Implementing improvements to the service if necessary
* Monitor staffing levels and rotas
This is a Monday to Friday role, our client is willing to pay up to £42,500 per annum.
