Maintenance Assistant in Sedgefield, County Durham

Up to £11.50 per hourContract
TemporaryOur client is looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to work at their premises in the Sedgefield area. This is an immediate start, initially working on a temporary basis, with a view to becoming permanent for the right person. You will be working for the on-site maintenance team, carrying out property maintenance work including building fabric, plumbing and general handyman maintenance work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a maintenance role.
- Basic trades knowledge including plumbing and carpentry.
- Excellent customer service skills
The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
