IT Service Desk Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a leading Defence and Aerospace company based in Faslane, Helensburgh as a IT Service Desk Analyst on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

What you will be doing as a IT Service Desk Analyst:

You will be utilising Service Desk call logging software in order to log, monitor, update and resolve customer problems and incidents. along with this you will be identifying, analysing and wherever possible; resolve problems with computer hardware, telecommunications and software.

The skill you will be requiring are:

• Proven experience in an IT Service Desk role or recently completed an NVQ, HNC, BSc in IT or a related subject
• Experience on Windows 10 Desktop support and maintenance
• Experience of Active Directory and management of user accounts
• Solid trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Good communicator comfortable in a client facing role
• Good written communication skills, able to maintain documentation relating to support activities
• Driving licence (able to travel to Faslane, Helensburgh on a daily basis)

Desirable skills that you may have include:

• Experience of using Service Desk call logging software to log, monitor, update and resolve customer problems and incidents in line with Service Level Agreements using ITIL methodology
