Oracle Cloud HCM Support Analyst

Contract: 3 months initially (+ extension)
Location: UK-based (Hybrid)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Rate: £400 Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Support Analyst to support Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and service delivery activities.

• Provide functional/technical expertise to support Oracle Cloud HCM
• Develop and/or fine-tune estimating models and methodologies
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
• Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Proven years' experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, UK Global Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Learning and ORC.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and the wider Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on operational support experience across incident, problem and request management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate confidently with clients and technical teams.
