Summary of the work
To lead and improve analytics reporting within the digital product teams and establish results-led decision making through the organization.

Outcomes:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is implemented accurately across all key digital products and websites
- Creation of GA4 dashboards using the Google suite of products (looker studio)
- Product teams are fully trained on maintaining GA4 dashboards
- Service areas consulted on what analytics are best needed for their areas and KPIs developed for specific areas

Outputs:
- All designated websites and digital products have GA4 implemented and are providing accurate reporting
- Stakeholder discussions with service areas on what analytics they require and documented in requirements document
- GA4 reporting dashboards built for all designated website, digital products and separate service areas
- Documentation on how to build GA4 dashboards and training on how to maintain them
