ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse manager to join a family run distribution company on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone to help develop and ensure the smooth running of the warehouse. You will be working directly with the operations director to maximize efficiency, and help motivate the workforce.

The Role:

* Manage all warehouse/logistic project needs throughout the business.
* Ensure Health & Safety, employment, Export and promotion adhere too.
* Regular team meetings to discuss improvement with the team and implement.
* Overseeing the planned maintenance of equipment/machinery.
* Assist with the recruitment process for new employees

Requirements:

* Must be previous warehouse management experience in distribution sector
* Extensive man management skills.
* Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiative.
* Previous experience working with reach forklift trucks
* Must be able to identify risk and implement new procedures.
