The app in question is an internal tool used to manage supervisory control of staff within the Investment Banking and, as such, is one of the most highly used apps. The brief is to redesign key journeys in the app and add more metrics.

Ideally, we'd like an experienced designer with hybrid skills (i.e., 80% UX, 20% visual hybrid skill split)
