Strong experience in user research, service design, or human-centred design
Strong portfolio of research work demonstrating strategic impact, storytelling, and end-to-end capability
Deep expertise in user-centred design principles and research methodologies
Experience working within agile teams
Skilled in planning, conducting, and analysing research independently
Able to communicate findings clearly and influence decision-making at all levels
Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive research practices
Desirables
Exposure to digital service delivery and integration with design systems
Degree in User Research, Psychology, HCI, Anthropology, or a related discipline
