Lead Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial Solar

Remote based - London office one a week

£80,000 basic + Generous benefits package

The Energy Division at ARM is recruiting an experienced Lead Project Manager to join a leading rooftop Commercial and Industrial solar system developer.

Job Overview:

As the Lead project manager, you will manage the Solar PV project's complete lifecycle. From planning and execution to delivery, you will ensure every aspect aligns with timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Some of your duties will include:

Construction programme management of up to 10 projects in parallel.

Accountable for construction safety

Managing the Technical Surveyor and PM and other PMs.

Manage and coordinate all surveys for new and existing PV projects, including functional testing.

What do you need to succeed?

Be knowledgeable in the design of industrial LV systems, including metering and grid connections.

Degree in relevant discipline

Has installed Solar PV systems previously

Spot and resolve issues before anyone knows there is an issue.

Be able to continually refine and improve processes.
