Training Partner in Brighton, East Sussex

TRAINING PARTNER - EAST OR WEST SUSSEX - PERMANENT - PART TIME - UP TO £28,000 (BASED ON 28 HOURS)

Advanced Resourced Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for a Training Partner based in East or West Sussex.

About You:
* You will have experience delivering training virtually and face to face.
* You will be an experienced Training Partner.
* You will have experience managing the delivery plan of training and working collaboratively.
* Ideally you will have experience within utilities.

What you will be doing:
You will be making sure your colleagues across the business have the right skills and capabilities to do their job safely and effectively, leading the projects and training programmes.

Your day to day responsibilities will include conducting training assessment as well as creating and managing technical training programmes.

This role is based in either East or West Sussex, this position is part time and has a hybrid working model in place.

The rate of pay for this role is £25,000 to £28,000, this is based on experience and suitability. This salary is based on a part time of 28 hours a week.
