TRAFFIC SAFETY & CONTROL OFFICER (TSCO) - WEST MIDLANDS - 10 MONTHS - £400 - £450 PER DAY

ARM are working with HS2 and we are currently looking for a TSCO for contract position to run to the end of 2023 and be based in the West Midlands areas.

About You:
You will be an experience Traffic Safety & Control Office (TSCO) with experience traffic management and traffic design.
You will also need to be able to drive for this position, as some of the sites are only accessible by car (ideally with your own vehicle).
Ideally you will also have experience of Chapter 8, new roads and streetworks, as well as environmental compliance and highways conditions.

What you will be doing:
This position will see you assuring traffic consents, traffic management and traffic design. This will involve site visits and contractor liaison and is a hands on role.

This position will be based from Birmingham with site visits north and south, along the route but no further than North Warwickshire in the South and Staffordshire in the North. This is a hybrid role with office, site and home working during your normal working week.

The rate for this position is between £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35. The initial contract is to run to the end of 2023, but may extend beyond this position or could become permanent, should that be an option for you.
