Town Planner in Birmingham, West Midlands

TOWN PLANNER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £36,300 - £ 52,152

ARM are working with a leading transport and infrastructure company and we are currently recruiting for a Town Planner to join their busy team based in the West Midlands.

About You:
You will be an experienced Town Planner with experience of development management. You will have experience of a wide range of cases that will include some major projects too. Your experience could be either public sector or private sector for this role.

What you will be doing:
This position will be providing technical assurance on planning, as well as liaising with the local authorities. The role will be checking submissions and providing assistance and advice on acts relevant.

This position is full-time and working using the hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

The salary range for this position is between £36,300 and £ 52,152 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is excellent benefits package and a very real chance of progression and career advancement.
