Test Manager (SAP S/4 HANA)
3 Months initial contract
£600-650 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid - 3 days in Birmingham every other week

My client in the healthcare industry are looking for a Test Manager with strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA/Cloud ALM, to join their fast-paced team on an initial 3-month contract.

Must have experience with SAP Cloud ALM for setup, management

More details on the role-
* Ensuring alignment with the Release Project Manager, project plans, activities, deliverables and milestones
* Owns the project test strategy across all test phases
* The execution of the testing strategy in accordance with the test plan.
* Ensuring each test plan is integrated with project delivery plans.
* The quality assurance and reporting framework for testing.
* Must ensure the effective delivery of test risk & issue management and that quality standards are met
* Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the testing and shares accountability for success with the Release Project Manager
* For managing business and project team expectations, communication and issue resolution related to testing.
* Accountable for ensuring that the workstream complies with Client IT processes and procedure.
* The performance of individual members and the creation of a high performing project team
* Accountable for deliverable sign offs, approvals of all major milestones
* Accountable for workstream progress tracking against the plan and resource forecasts
* Responsibilities
* Completing all workstream reporting and updates with the relevant Project Managers
* Manage the test team to deliver all test phases - including integration, performance and user acceptance testing.
* Ensure test environments have relevant data refreshes for all phases of testing.
* Work with stakeholders to get understanding of project scope and develop a test plan that aligns to overall project.
* Seek Sign-off on all the deliverables once the walkthrough is complete and deliverables are ready.
* Follow up on all the key blocking issues to make sure all the testing milestones are met as scheduled.
* Raise defects in Tricentis during the SIT execution phase and track them to closure.
* Updating of Test Scripts on a stable code before the start of performance testing
* Performance testing on copies of both Production and OAT environments (as required) and compare the results.
* Submission of report to key stakeholders on the findings of the performance testing
* Present the report on Observations and Recommendations presented to the stakeholders.
* Single point of contact and reporting to the management on testing activities in Client program.
* Coordinate test activities and associated resources across the scope of the Client Program
* Ensure that Test deliverables are created using Client approved tools.

• Exit and entry reports

• SIT, UAT experience.

Skills and competences

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM
• SAP Test Management experience
• Strong testing background with some experience leading testing team in SAP based projects.
• Managing and reporting using SAP Cloud ALM
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently,

• Hands-on experience in some of the SAP modules, Tricentris & Cloud ALM
• Managed team of 10+ consultants involving manual & automation testers
• Planning tasks for testing team, tracking, reporting & review with customer.
• Plan for relevant test data, data refresh
