Technical Product Manager (Telecoms) in London

Our client are seeking a Product Manager (Call Products) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to own our clients call product road-map, our highest performing homeowner channel. This includes optimising current features and delivering new integration's across web (B2C) and app (B2B).

Ideally, you'll come from a telecoms background and have an understanding of call products and integration's. In return you'll join a growing multidisciplinary team that strives to never lose sight of the user experience and is focused on product best practice.

This is a fantastic newly created opportunity where you'll own the Call product and Secure Contacts roadmap from business case to launch. We currently use Silver Lining as our chosen telecoms solution. By delivering immediate fixes and additional integration's, you'll drive a huge impact on the service we deliver.

You'll manage live-service changes and enhancements of search and call products in your portfolio. You'll work closely with BA on requirement gathering to ascertain opportunities for fixes and enhancements that drive optimisation and improved conversion. With a sound background in product management you will identify epics, create user stories and effectively manage product backlog.

Skills / Experience

• Expertise in Technical Product Management ideally with experience in call/ telecoms based products. Marketplace background is a plus.
• Sound understanding of the full product life cycle, agile ways of working and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts to a range of different audiences at varied levels.

This is a hybrid role - 2 days a week in the office / 3 days remote. You can also be based from our clients London or Portsmouth office depending on your preference.
