Due to the nature of the work you will be involved in, active UK SC clearance will be required.

As the Technical Lead, you will be working alongside a market-leading defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

As the Technical Lead, you will be managing cable/harness work packages across the product range to deliver design solutions for the creation of bespoke cable designs. You will use customer, environmental, and technical requirements to define manufacturable solutions delivered on time, on cost, and on quality. You will be responsible for making sure the workload is planned, and budgeted correctly and that all design reviews and documentation are held/created at the correct time with the appropriate audience.

Your skillset:

• Demonstrable experience in managing work packages
• Proven experience in Interconnect/Cable/Harness design
• An appreciation of the Interconnect manufacturing process
• Whilst not essential, it would be great if you could demonstrate an understanding of the product life cycle, Military Defence Standards, and cable harness manufacturers
