Team Leader (Track / P-Way) in Bristol

TRACK / P-WAY TEAM LEADER - BRISTOL - PERMANENT - BASE SALARY £40K PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCES AND MORE

ARM are working with the UK's leading railway company and we are currently recruiting for a Track / Permanent Way Team Leader to join the team based in Bristol.

About You:
* You will have significant experience of working as a Track / Permanent Way maintenance worker.
* You will be ready for and looking for a Team Leader position.
* You will hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc.
* You will hold a full UK driving licence also.

What you will be doing:
Your role will be to lead a small team providing maintenance and renewals on the railway in the South West. You will ensure safe working for your team and providing day to day support and guidance. Reporting to a manager who will oversee general team management duties, reviews, etc. This position would suit someone looking to progress or looking to rejoin as a Team Leader.

This position will be based from Bristol and will then see you travel to the site of work, using company vehicles. It is a full-time position and will see you working shifts including days, nights and weekends. There is also some oncall commitment on this position.

What you can expect in return:
The salary for this position is £40,638 as a starting salary, but with overtime, shift allowances and oncall payments, this will be much more than this base. On top of this is a range of benefits including generous pension scheme, annual leave and much more.
