Team Leader (Signalling Maintenance) in Westbury, Wiltshire

MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER - WILTSHIRE - PERMANENT - £50,500 PER ANUM

ARM are currently working with a railway organisation who are responsible for developing, maintaining and running the majority of the railway networks in the UK. They are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join the team in Wiltshire on a permanent basis.

About You:
To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- Extensive experience working in the rail tracks in either maintenance, renewals or signalling in the UK.
- You will need Experience of organising and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work.
- Knowledge on relevant standards, procedures and instructions.
- Previously held PTS.
- Have the confidence to lead the team.

What you will be doing:
In this position you will be leading your team on the maintenance of the railway, ensuring that all works are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll establish appropriate safety arrangements as safety is a priority in the role. You'll be working with equipment including signals that control when trains can run, level crossings, and points systems.

This position will be based in South West of Wiltshire and will be full time onsite/office. This is commutable from Bristol, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Chippenham and Westbury.

What you can expect in return:
This role will be a permanent position and will be paying a £50,500 basic salary with shift allowance on top. There will be other benefits including also.
