ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a local authority who are actively seeking a Solicitor to join them on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in Commercial leases/licences/Deed of Surrender/Transfers to Parish Councils/Rent reviews
• Ability to provide advice to officers within the legal department.
• Familiar with regeneration due to large developments currently ongoing.
• Ability to attend project boards meetings (virtually)
• Experience in property, preferably in local government.

Requirements

* Significant experience and knowledge in dealing with and advising on property law related matters.
*You will be Qualified Solicitor or Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a current practising certificate.
* Extensive experience in providing clear and coherent written and oral legal advice.
* The ability to maintain high standards of client care and work as part of a team to deliver an effective and efficient legal service.
