The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join Our Leading Nuclear Civil client, to be based out of Plymouth.

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a highly regulated civil build. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing health and safety practices on site, ensuring all work adheres to regulations and compliance standards. You will be required to coordinate and guide Subcontractors, liaise with the contracts manager, and collaboratively deliver the project.

Some of your duties will include:

• Set up H&S documentation such as CPH &SP, Risk assessments, and method statements
• Work with the Site Manager to supervise all sub-contractors and trades
• Applying in‐depth knowledge of all aspects of building regulations and H&S regulations
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results

What do you need to succeed?

• BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• Comfortable with groundwork packages
