Responsibilities/activities:

The successful candidate will have experience working ideally within a technology and consulting industry analysing business processes, recommending best practice enhancements and assisting the business with implementation. You will have experience working with Service Now and in particular CMDB's.

This project is part of a larger programme merging two legacy IT infrastructures. There are various service management processes of the IT assets across different region which require documentation. Working with the local IT teams across EMEA, a set of common processes are to be defined, agreed upon and subsequently implemented in order that there is a consistent process across all countries.
In addition, the two data sets require data gap analysis and an activity of cleansing and standardisation prior to being merged into one consolidated CMDB. It would be very advantageous if the candidate also has some data skills to assist with this activity and develop a remediation plan to implement corrections from the gap analysis.

Technical skills:
* Business Process Mapping.
* Experience of undertaking business, systems and process analysis / mapping and identifying, implementing process improvements and driving out complexity.

Personal skills:
* Strong communication skills, highly organised and structure, able to deal with multiple stakeholders, organising workshops, tracking progress and reporting it accurately.
* Experience of working as part of an enterprise sized programme.
* Experience in working in a complex and busy organisation with multiple offices spread Experience taking the initiative and working proactively to complete tasks and solve problems.
* Excellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff across the world.
* Fluent English / Spanish would also be beneficial.

Previous experience:
* Service Now (CMDB) or equivalent
* Desirable: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI or equivalent

Length for the contract:
* 6 months initially
