Service Performance Manager in London

SERVICE PERFORMANCE MANAGER - LONDON - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £454 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who are the integrated transport authority responsible for the strategy and commitments are looking for a Service Performance Manager on a 12 month contract, based in London.

About You:
* You will have experience within Service Management.
* You will have experience with ITSM toolsets and processes.
* You will have substantial experience in relationship management and account management.
* You will have demonstrable experience of delivering and managing complex, large service contracts with Tier 1 suppliers.
* You will have experience interacting between suppliers, internal teams and customers to reliably deliver quality technology service performance.
* Ideally, you will have an ITIL V4 Service Management certification.

What you will be doing:
You will be dealing with 3rd party service providing service management experience, you will also be associated with projects in early life stages but working across a few projects.
You will be dealing with internal resources such as end user compute team and external suppliers.

The role is based in London, hybrid, 2 days a week in office. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.

The rate for this position is up to £454 Per Day (Outside IR35), based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
